&lt;p&gt;today was legs,  did a 5x5 on back squats, did the last reps at 135 for 5, then tried to do one rep at 145, but failed.  booo!&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;then did some leg extensions, hack squats, and standing calf raises.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;then did a 35 min HIIT. 4 rounds of;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;250M row&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;10 overhead squats at 40lbs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;10 push presses at 40lbs&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;10 burpees.  &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;i was going to do 8 rounds, but felt like i was gonna throw up so did two more rounds were i rowed 500M each and two more sets of the above.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;THEN i did 3 sets of 10 hanging leg raises.  then walked home.&lt;/p&gt;
